Before registering for any training course, treatment, or model service with AgelessRx AA, LLC, please carefully review the course description, payment, refund, and cancellation policies.

General Policies:
Please note that tuition fees, treatment costs, and model service fees are subject to change without notice. It is the student’s responsibility to research and understand local and state licensing and operational regulations. AgelessRx AA, LLC assumes no legal responsibility or advice regarding laws that govern city, county, state, or country requirements.

Course Payment, Refund, and Rescheduling Policies

Deposits and Payment:
All deposits for in-person and virtual courses are non-refundable. These deposits secure your spot in the course. Final payment is due 3 days prior to the in-person course and 7 days before virtual courses. Failure to complete payment by these deadlines will result in removal from the course. No refunds are issued for course fees, but students may reschedule within 14 days of the original date, subject to availability.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

• Requests due to illness, accident, or emergency must be submitted in writing to hello@agelessrxaa.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled course.

• Approved rescheduling allows attendance on the next available date with no penalty; only one rescheduling is permitted per student.

• Rescheduling depends on availability and is not guaranteed.

Course Changes and Cancellations:
AgelessRx AA, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel any courses due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, alternative dates will be provided.

Important Notes:

• No refunds are available for course deposits and purchases, whether partial or complete, for both completed and uncompleted courses.

• Once logged into the platform, refunds are not granted.

Treatment and Model Service Policies

Payment, Refunds, and Transfer:
All treatments and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to recommend alternative treatments if requested options are unavailable or the client/server is not a suitable candidate. Refunds are not issued once services are rendered.

Rescheduling & Appointments:
Contact us at 855-503-1900 or hello@agelessrxaa.com to schedule or reschedule.

• To reschedule, notify us at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.

• Rescheduling at least 72 hours prior allows the deposit to be applied toward a future appointment.

• Rescheduling within 48 hours requires a new deposit; cancellations within 24 hours also require a new deposit to rebook.

• Less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit and loss of rebooking eligibility.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Deposits are forfeited if you do not attend your course, treatment, or model appointment without prior notice.

Legal and Dispute Policy

Legal Responsibility:
Students are responsible for understanding and complying with local and state licensing and operational laws. AgelessRx AA, LLC does not provide legal or medical advice.

Disputes:
We do not accept disputes regarding deposits and fees for courses, treatments, or services. All deposits and fees are final. It is your responsibility to review and accept this policy before enrollment or booking.
