Before considering any training course, treatment or model service with AgelessRx Aesthetics & Academy, read through the course description, payment, refund and cancellation policy.

Tuition fees, treatments and models service fees may be subject to change.

It is the student’s responsibility to research the local and state laws regarding licensing and operation. AgelessRx Aesthetics & Academy is in no way responsible for legal advice regarding laws that govern city, county, state, or country.

Any and all deposits for in-person and virtual courses are non-refundable. These deposits guarantee a reserved space in the selected lessons. Final payment of all selected courses are due 3 days prior to the class date for in person and 7 days before course day for virtual. Failure to finalize payment will result in removal from the course date. There are no refunds on courses. You can reschedule for a later date within 14 days of scheduled course date.

Rescheduling requests due to illness, accident or emergency prior to your course date must be submitted in writing to hello@agelessrxaa.com with a 48 hour advanced notice required or deposit is forfeited. An allowance for rescheduling to the next available course date with no penalty to deposit or tuition shall be given; there is only one allotment for course rescheduling. Optional dates for rescheduling are based on availability.

AgelessRx Aesthetics & Academy reserves the right to change or cancel any courses due to exigent circumstances, as determined by management of AgelessRx Aesthetics & Academy. In the case of such a situation, alternative course dates will be made.

In Person/Hands-on Training/Virtual Classes:

AgelessRx Aesthetics & Academy does not provide refunds for online class purchases regardless of a reason. Further, AgelessRx Aesthetics & Academy are not legally responsible or liable for any practices or products used that may or may not result in a positive outcome.

Note that there are ABSOLUTELY NO refunds on any fees paid, partially or fully on uncompleted or completed courses. If the student cancels having signed into the student platform, there will be NO refund.

Treatment/Model Services: 

Treatments and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. AgelessRx Aesthetics & Academy reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative treatments if the ones requested are not available and/or the client/model is not an idea candidate for treatment. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered.

Deposits & Disputes:

Dispute of charges will not be accepted by AgelessRx Aesthetics & Academy for deposits of in-person/online/live classes, treatment and model service deposits or rendered services. All deposits, course fees and services are final. The terms of this return policy are accepted by You at checkout, and it is your responsibility to read the refund policy prior to enrolling in an online/live course or booking a model service.

Rescheduling:

You can give us a call/text at 855-503-1900, email us at hello@agelessrxaa.com to schedule an appointment. There is a $50+ non-refundable booking fee to reserve your appointment to reduce no shows. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please inform us at least 72 hours in advance for deposit to transfer, otherwise your booking deposit is forfeited. If booking is rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance the non-refundable deposit is applied to a future appointment date. All service and model deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits are forfeited if you do not show up for your your course, service or model appointment.

You must notify us at least 14 days in advance of any course reschedule.
